By using the GustaLocal platform, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. GustaLocal is a SaaS platform that enables food businesses to create digital menus and manage online orders.
2. Services Offered
- Creation and management of personalised digital menus
- Real-time order management system
- Integration with payment processors (Stripe, Mercado Pago)
- Marketing tools (promotions, bundles, themed menus)
- Driver management and GPS tracking
- Analytics and reporting
3. Registration and Account
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- Be the owner or authorised representative of the business
- Maintain the security of login credentials
- Immediately notify any unauthorised access
4. Subscription and Payments
The subscription price varies by country and is always displayed during the activation and checkout process.
- 30-day free trial for new users — no card required, no charge during the trial
- Automatic renewal at the end of each paid period unless cancelled
- Monthly recurring payment via Stripe or Mercado Pago
- Automatic billing at the start of each period
- Cancel at any time from the control panel
- No refunds for partially used billing periods
5. Online Payment Fees
For online card payments, GustaLocal applies a 2% commission on the order total, automatically deducted. Stripe fees (~1.5% + €0.25 per transaction) are borne by the business.
6. Business Responsibilities
- Accuracy of product, price, and ingredient information
- Compliance with applicable food and health regulations
- Correct allergen and nutritional information
- Order fulfilment within agreed timelines
- Quality of delivered products
7. Limitation of Liability
GustaLocal provides the technology platform but is not responsible for:
- Quality, safety, or compliance of products sold
- Delivery delays attributable to the business
- Disputes between businesses and end customers
- Temporary service interruptions for maintenance
8. Cancellation and Suspension
GustaLocal reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts in case of:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Non-payment of subscription
- Misuse of the platform
9. Intellectual Property
All GustaLocal content, designs, logos and software are copyright protected. Businesses retain rights over their own uploaded content (product images, descriptions, logos).
10. Changes to Terms
GustaLocal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of material changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
